Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Technician / Territory Manager to oversee operations within designated regions. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and business development responsibilities, requiring a proactive approach to managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, supervising teams, and implementing operational efficiencies to support company growth and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Lead and supervise technical teams across assigned territories, ensuring high standards of service delivery and safety compliance.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand client base and increase market share within the territory.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful implementation of service solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate service schedules, technical support, and training initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights for continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide leadership in troubleshooting complex technical issues and guiding team members through problem resolution.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or business development within a technical or service-oriented industry.
- Supervising or team leadership experience, including mentoring staff and overseeing daily operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and motivate team members.

Pay: $45,500.00-$60,000.00 per year
