Our client is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead industrial electrical projects from conception to completion. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing project execution, estimating, scheduling, coordinating field teams, managing budgets, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.

Experience:
- Manage industrial electrical projects from estimate to completion
- Coordinate field teams, schedules, materials, and project documentation
- Prepare estimates, quotes, takeoffs, and change orders
- Monitor project costs, profitability, and invoicing
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Review drawings, troubleshoot issues, and ensure project quality
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
- Identify opportunities for additional work with existing clients
Qualifications
- Valid 309A Electrical License and Skilled Trades Ontario membership
- 8+ years of industrial electrical experience
- 5+ years of project management, estimating, and quoting experience
- Experience in industrial sectors such as food & beverage, logistics, heavy power, process control, or water treatment
- Strong knowledge of project documentation, change management, ESA/utility coordination, and the Ontario Electrical Code
- Valid Class G driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- PMP certification and post-secondary electrical education are considered assets

Pay: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
