Caramunchies started the way the best things do - small, scrappy, and at a farmers' market with a lot of heart. Today, our handcrafted caramel cornflake clusters are on the shelves of your favourite grocers, specialty retailers, cafes, and gift shops across Western Canada.
We're just getting started, and we need a Brand & Growth Coordinator to help us write the next chapter in Calgary.
This role is equal parts brand builder, relationship cultivator, and all-hands team player. You'll own our CRM, nurture retailer relationships, execute corporate gifting and fundraising programs, and show up as the face of Caramunchies at markets and events across the community. No two days look the same - and that's exactly the point.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a Marketing/Communications/Business degree (new grads, this is your moment!)
- You're under 30 and want to grow with a startup from the inside out
- You love the Canadian food scene and you're not shy about it
- You bring energy, hustle, and follow-through - (we need someone great at all three!)
This isn't a "wait for direction" kind of role. It's a "here's the vision, let's build it together" kind of role.
Because this is a grant-funded opportunity, applicants must meet the program's eligibility requirements, including being a post-secondary graduate under the age of 30.
