What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Experience
- Greet and engage customers in a professional, welcoming way
- Understand their needs and help them find the right vehicle
- Deliver a low-pressure, high-trust buying experience
Sales & Lead Generation
- Follow up with leads and build your own pipeline
- Generate business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
- Set appointments and convert opportunities into sales
Product & Process
- Learn and present vehicle features, options, and benefits
- Conduct test drives and guide customers through purchase decisions
- Work with the Finance team to complete deals smoothly
Relationship Building
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Create repeat and referral business
- Become a trusted advisor in your community
You’ll do well in this role if you:
- Enjoy talking to people and building relationships
- Are competitive and motivated to earn
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
- Take initiative and follow through
Experience:
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset
- Automotive experience is a bonus—but not required
- We are open to training the right person
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
