At Krause Berry Farms & Estate Winery, we create delicious food in our Harvest Kitchen & Bakery from what we grow in our fields. This creates wonderful experiences for families and friends which provides all of us with meaningful work in a pleasant and positive environment.
We are looking to employ a long-term, full-time person to work in our coffee bars / cafe.
Responsibilities to include:
- Assisting the Team Lead
- Use of commercial coffee machine
- Preparation of orders for guests
- Package and label products for retail
- Working POS and handling cash and credit/debit card payments accurately
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year barista experience
- Flexible full-time availability, must be available weekends
- Good verbal & written communication in English
- Ability to follow a instructions and prioritize tasks
- Ensures accuracy, quality, and consistency of products produced and served
- Able to maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and able to lift up to 50lbs
