Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Shop Supervisor to lead our machining and welding team at our facility in Clairmont.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the machine shop and weld bay to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate to meet project deadlines.
- Supervise and mentor staff.
- Implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Maintain compliance with industry safety regulations.
- Ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in machine shop supervision or a similar leadership role within manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes.
- Proficiency with ERP systems. Job Boss/E2 knowledge is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to oilfield equipment manufacturing.
