Warehouse & Customer Service Representative to join our client's team within the heavy equipment parts industry. This role supports sales growth across the U.S. territory, focusing on
undercarriage and related construction equipment parts (e.g., track chains, rubber tracks).
This is a hybrid role combining
customer service, inside sales, and warehouse coordination , making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, relationship-building, and hands-on involvement in operations.
- Pay Rate: $23-$24/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales
- Manage inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide product quotes
- Process and maintain customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow up on quotes to address pricing, inventory, or service-related questions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and dealer leads to expand the customer base
- Conduct market research to support sales growth and identify opportunities
Account & Relationship Management
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with current and prospective customers
- Handle customer requests and provide timely solutions
- Support overall customer satisfaction and retention initiatives
Operations & Warehouse Support
- Assist with daily Branch operations, including coordination with a small warehouse team
- Oversee and support warehouse activities (team of approximately 4 staff)
- Participate in inventory management, including cycle counts
- Operate forklift as needed (training or certification may be required)
- Maintain accurate records using systems such as Microsoft GP and Excel
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in the heavy equipment or machinery industry

Knowledge of undercarriage or construction equipment parts considered a strong asset

Experience with order processing, quoting, and inside sales

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

Willingness to learn product lines and industry specifics

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
