Duties
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to all legal and safety standards.

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to develop and review personalized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient responses to medications, adjusting therapy as needed in accordance with medical guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of prescriptions, patient interactions, and medication inventories to ensure compliance and accountability.
- Educate patients on medication adherence, storage, and disposal to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
- Stay current with new pharmaceutical developments, regulations, and best practices through ongoing professional development.
Skills
- Proven experience working in hospital or acute care settings, with a strong understanding of inpatient pharmacy operations.
- Hands-on experience with pediatric medication management and patient care for diverse age groups.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to pharmacy practice and clinical documentation.
- Expertise in medication administration procedures within a healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
