Atlas Expeditions is one of Canada's fastest-growing outdoor vehicle companies, specializing in premium aluminum truck canopies and slide-in truck campers. As we continue expanding across Canada, we're looking for an organized, motivated, and energetic Sales Coordinator to join our upcoming Ontario headquarters.

You'll play a key role in supporting our customers, sales team, and dealer network while helping keep our daily operations running smoothly. If you enjoy variety, solving problems, and being part of a growing company where your work makes a real impact, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and social media
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and support the sales team
- Coordinate customer deliveries, pickups, and dealer orders
- Keep customer records and our CRM up to date
- Work with our warehouse team to ensure orders run smoothly
- Support our dealer network across Canada
- Assist with trade shows, events, and day-to-day operations
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- A confident communicator over the phone and in person
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software
- Customer service, sales, or administration experience is an asset
- Passion for trucks, camping, overlanding, or the outdoors is a bonus—but not required
