Richmond Kids Physio Group is looking for an energetic and experienced individual to join our newly opened pediatric physiotherapy clinic.
Richmond Kids Physio Group is a bright and energetic private physiotherapy clinic. We believe that babies, children and youth should have a place designed just for them - a place where they can reach their goals! We provide specialized, one-on-one treatment exclusively for children (birth to 18 years). Many of our clients have chronic physical, neurological or congenital disorders. Others are young athletes, community sport participants or children with activity or growth-related injuries. Richmond Kids Physio Group has built a strong reputation in the pediatric community across metro Vancouver and enjoys favourable relationships and regular referrals from many family doctors, pediatricians, BC Children’s hospital, public health centres and parent word-of-mouth. Kids Physio Group has also established a strong online presence from which it also receives regular referrals.
As the first client point of contact at Kids Physio Group we are looking for an individual who is:

- extremely organized and capable of multitasking; and
- an innovative thinker.
The Client Care Coordinator is the initial contact and communicator for the front desk at Kids Physio Group. Responsibilities include (but not limited to) answering incoming calls and emails for new and existing clients, supporting all forms of communication within the clinic, regulating patient flow, maintaining physiotherapist schedules, updating patient records, and supporting the Clinical Care Manager. There is a high emphasis on efficient communication with the Clinical Care Manager and the therapists in the clinic. This is to ensure a seamless transition between working shifts.
The ideal candidate will be able to work the following shifts:
Monday: 3-7pm
Wednesday: 3-7pm
Friday: 9am-3pm
Note that an ideal candidate MUST be 19 years old or above.
