We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven 3PL Operations Supervisor to join our Mississauga warehouse team. In this role, you’ll oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, replenishment, and fulfillment, while ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and exceptional customer service. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and promote a safe and productive work environment.
Working closely with Warehouse Leadership and Fulfillment teams, you’ll provide hands-on leadership, coordinate daily priorities, coach team members, and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of operational performance, and leads by example.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Duties:
- Supervise daily receiving operations, ensuring inbound shipments are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with customer and company standards.
- Lead inventory control activities, including cycle counts, inventory audits, discrepancy investigations, and reconciliation to maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Oversee replenishment activities to ensure pick locations are consistently stocked and support uninterrupted order fulfillment.
- Partner with other 3PL Fulfillment Supervisors to coordinate labor, inventory flow, and operational priorities in support of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) fulfillment, wholesale order processing, and returns operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure inventory availability and timely movement of goods to meet customer service levels and operational deadlines.
- Ensure accurate inventory transactions and product movements are recorded and maintained within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Lead, coach, train, and develop team members while fostering a safe, productive, and accountable work environment.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including receiving accuracy, inventory accuracy, replenishment performance, productivity, and safety, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, optimize warehouse processes, and support overall fulfillment performance.
- Enforce workplace safety policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience.
- Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
- Knowledge of receiving, inventory control, replenishment, and order fulfillment processes.
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), RF scanners, and warehouse technology.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and operating warehouse equipment.
- Forklift certification or experience is an asset.
