Northstar BD Enterprise is expanding its residential outreach team across Newfoundland & Labrador and is currently hiring full-time Customer Enrollment Representatives. We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy connecting with people, working in dynamic environments, and helping customers find home communication solutions that fit their needs.
This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity designed for individuals seeking long-term career growth. Comprehensive paid training is provided, and no previous experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is required. We focus on developing communication skills, confidence, and professional growth from day one.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will work directly with residential customers throughout assigned communities, educating them on available home communication services and assisting them through the enrollment process.
- Engage with residential customers through face-to-face outreach in assigned neighbourhoods.
- Introduce and explain available home communication services, current promotions, and package options.
- Build rapport with customers by asking questions and identifying their household needs.
- Recommend service solutions based on each customer's preferences and usage.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring all information is completed accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollments, and daily activity.
- Attend daily team meetings, product knowledge sessions, and ongoing professional development workshops.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
- Stay informed on current service offerings and promotions to provide customers with accurate information.
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
