At True North Kickboxing, we don't just teach classes. We help everyday people become stronger, healthier and more confident. We are looking for positive, energetic coaches who want to be part of an incredible community while building a long term career in the fitness industry.
Whether you have experience coaching kickboxing, martial arts, group fitness or team sports, we are looking for great people with a willingness to learn.
What you'll do
- Lead fun, high energy group kickboxing classes.
- Motivate and encourage members to reach their goals.
- Help create an amazing member experience every day.
- Keep the studio clean, organized and welcoming.
- Welcome new visitors and help them feel part of our community.
- Learn our coaching systems and continue developing your skills.
What we're looking for
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups.
- Passion for fitness and helping others succeed.
- Reliable, professional and coachable.
- Evening and weekend availability.
- Previous coaching or fitness experience is an asset but not required.

Pay: $19.00-$66.00 per hour
