Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including electronic filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Assist with light facility tasks such as organizing supplies, tidying common areas, and maintaining inventory.
- Support staff with basic project-related tasks or research.
- Assist with special events, staff activities, or seasonal projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in high school or post-secondary program or returning to studies in the fall.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to take on a range of tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, internet navigation)
