TecFix is expanding its team and actively seeking multiple talented candidates to join our team as skilled technicians specializing in computer, cellular, and electronics repair. In addition to traditional repair services, this role will involve working with and repairing various crypto mining equipment.
Work:
- Frequently communicating with customers - providing status updates of repairs
- Quickly diagnosing device issues
- Explaining options for repair and pricing
- Performing fast-paced repairs
- Ticket updates for every repair.
- Opening & closing till
- Cleaning & organizing shop
- Inventory count, making sure we have enough stock, placing orders
Skills & Experience Required:
- Repairing small devices such as cell phones, tablets, and computers
- Troubleshooting computer software-related issues
- Excellent customer service & communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience
Also, an Asset:
- Micro-Soldering Skills - Logic Board Repair on various circuits, laptops, crypto mining hashboards.
- Knowledge in hard drive data recovery
Position details: Computer & Cellular Service Technician - Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time
We are looking for experienced repair technicians capable of doing all levels of repair to a broad variety of brands and models. Our technicians are required to do repairs for cell phones, tablets, and computers.
Compensation: Will vary based on experience.
- $18 to $25 per hour
