We are looking for an experienced, performance-driven Automotive Journeyperson Technician to join our fast-paced, growing dealership starting in June 2026. This opportunity is for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, strong diagnostics, and productivity, while thriving in a structured, process-driven environment.
This is not an entry-level role. We are building a strong, accountable team and need someone who can step in and contribute right away.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Perform inspections and identify additional repair or maintenance opportunities
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
- Work closely with dispatch, advisors, and management to maintain workflow
- Support accurate documentation for repair orders and warranty processes
- Contribute to a strong team environment focused on accountability and results
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Automotive Journeyperson Technician
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Proven productivity and efficiency in a flat-rate environment
- Experience with drivability, electrical, and mechanical repairs
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced shop
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven
- Hyundai Motor Company / Kia experience considered an asset, but not required
