Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent
Expected Hours: 15–25 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer service and personalized fragrance consultations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to achieving monthly boutique sales goals through exceptional client service and teamwork.
- Educate clients on fragrance collections, ingredients, and brand stories.
- Maintain visual merchandising and luxury presentation standards.
- Assist with inventory organization, stock replenishment, and product merchandising.
- Support inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure testers, samples, and merchandise are properly maintained and presented.
- Support boutique opening and closing procedures when required.
- Participate in brand events, launches, and client engagement activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming boutique environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury products and client service.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Preferred:
- Experience in luxury retail, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or fragrance.
- Experience with premium brands such as Sephora, Holt Renfrew, Aesop, Jo Malone, Diptyque, Le Labo, Byredo, Creed, Tom Ford Beauty, or similar.
- Additional languages are considered an asset.
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
