The Best Western Plus Fernie Mountain Lodge is looking for Servers or bartenders to join our team on a casual basis. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Prepare and serve beverages (bartender role)
- Handle cash and payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server or bartender (intermediate level)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible availability
- Serve It Right and
- Food Safe certification (considered a plus)
