Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Waxing Crew Leader/Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our cleaning and waxing teams. This leadership role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in facilities maintenance and commercial cleaning. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, maintain safety standards, and foster a positive work environment. Seeking a Waxing Crew Lead, and cleaning supervisor. Job responsibilities/requirements include:
- Out of town travel (Spending as much as 4-5 days per week out of town)
- Stripping and Waxing experience (Minimum 1-3 years)
- Scrub and wax experience (Minimum 1-3 years)
- General Cleaning Experience
- Must have a valid drivers license and be comfortable driving commercial vehicles in summer and winter on the highway.
Job will include:
- Monthly salary of $6000.00 on payroll OR sub-contract.
- Gas expenditure when driving company vehicles (Company gas card for work related expenditure only)
- Company vehicle, only used when travelling to and from work site
- Overnight hotel and or accommodation when out of town
- 20 dollars per day food credit when at an overnight, out of town job site
Job requires someone that already has stripping and waxing experience, and is willing to do quality work, as well as willing to be out of town many weekdays. Vacation days, and other items can be negotiated.
