Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support sales operations by managing client communications, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and a customer-focused approach to ensure seamless sales processes and exceptional support to clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls through multi-line phone systems, providing professional customer service and support
- Assist with data entry, updating client information, and maintaining accurate records
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as filing, document proofreading, and preparing reports
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients and internal staff
- Handle front desk duties, including greeting visitors and managing office correspondence
- Maintain organized files both digitally and physically for easy retrieval of information
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry, filing, and document proofreading
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Clerical experience including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, and administrative support
- Experience in reading house floor plans for estimating
- Ability to type accurately at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of office procedures related to customer support, appointment scheduling, and record keeping
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
