We’re looking for a high-energy, motivated, and dependable Kids Club Attendant who is great with children, confident with people, and excited to be part of something special from the ground up.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids, brings a positive attitude every day, and can also support front desk and member experience duties when Kids Club is not in session.
About the Role
As a Kids Club Attendant, your main responsibility is to create a safe, clean, fun, and welcoming environment for children while their parents are using the facility. You will help provide peace of mind for members by ensuring their children are supervised, cared for, and engaged during their visit.
When Kids Club is not active or during slower periods, you will assist with front desk operations, member check-ins, facility upkeep, and general member experience support.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with children in the Kids Club area
- Create a fun, positive, safe, and welcoming environment for kids
- Ensure children are checked in and out properly following facility procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the Kids Club area
- Communicate professionally with parents and guardians
- Support children with age-appropriate activities, toys, and play
- Monitor capacity and ensure Kids Club guidelines are being followed
- Assist with front desk duties when not in Kids Club
- Greet members and guests with a professional and friendly attitude
- Support member check-ins, guest experiences, and general front-of-house operations
- Assist with Kids Club bookings, questions, and member communication
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and premium facility environment
- Ensure towels, amenities, and high-traffic areas are stocked and maintained
- Support retail, smoothie bar, and merchandise sales when needed
- Uphold a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for children, members, staff, and guests
- Represent The Vault with energy, professionalism, and care at all times
Who You Are
- Great with children and comfortable supervising kids in a group setting
- High-energy, positive, motivated, and dependable
- Friendly, professional, and confident speaking with parents and members
- Patient, caring, and able to create a calm and safe environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable supporting front desk duties when needed
- Passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and community
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, premium service environment
- Professional, approachable, and excited to represent The Vault brand
Requirements
- Previous childcare, babysitting, daycare, camp, coaching, or youth program experience is considered an asset
- First Aid and CPR certification is strongly preferred
- Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working with children
- Must be able to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
- Additional certifications related to childcare or child safety are considered an asset
