Role Overview
Belleau Media is seeking a personable, detail-oriented Videographer/Photographer to capture high-quality visual content for real estate listings and marketing campaigns. This role focuses on on-site content capture and client-facing professionalism, with all post-production handled internally. This is a part time position with approximately 10-20 hours per week but with the flexibility to grow based on experience and the business needs. No equipment is required.

Key Responsibilities
Content Capture & Delivery
- Capture professional real estate photography and videography, including interiors, exteriors, lifestyle content, and aerial footage (where licensed).
- Follow established shot lists, brand standards, and capture protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
- Organize, label, and upload raw content according to internal file structure and timelines.
Client Experience & On-Site Professionalism
- Represent Belleau Media with a polished, friendly, and professional presence at all shoots.
- Communicate clearly with real estate agents, homeowners, and team members to ensure smooth and efficient sessions.
- Provide light direction to agents or homeowners during filming to achieve the best visual results while maintaining a positive experience.
Equipment & Technical Handling
- Safely operate and maintain camera equipment, lighting, audio gear, and drones (if applicable).
- Follow company standards for data handling, backups, and confidentiality.
- Stay current on real estate media trends, shooting techniques, and platform requirements.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with internal creative and operations teams to align capture with brand standards and client expectations.
- Provide feedback on workflows and opportunities to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
