Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, reliable and professional Caterer/Server to join our catering and event team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments, providing great customer service, and being part of memorable events. This role involves food service, food handling, and hospitality duties in a collaborative team environment.
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, but not required. Along with a strong commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction. Serving It Right (SIR) Certification is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
- Set up and break down catering stations or event spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas in compliance with food safety standards.
- Provide excellent guest services, addressing questions or special requests professionally.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during events or shifts
- Uphold hospitality standards to create a welcoming environment for all guests.
Skills
- Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to serve efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift approx. 30lbs.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
