Position Summary
We are seeking an Intermediate Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, assist with month-end closing, prepare financial statements, manage inventory control, report to the Controller, and coordinate with various teams.
Responsibilities
· Handle full-cycle accounting and month-end closing.
· Manage inventory accounting and reconciliations.
· Process intercompany transactions and account reconciliations.
· Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks.
· Process foreign currency transactions and monitor exchange rate impacts.
· Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
· Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
· Collaborate with internal departments to support business operations and financial accuracy.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting (or related field).
· 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks.
· Inventory control experience.
· Strong knowledge of intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
· Ability to handle foreign exchange and multi-currency bills.
· Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
· English proficiency is a must; Chinese is an asset.
· Aptitude for business and experience with Logging company is an asset.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
