What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of dental reception experience
- Proficiency with Tracker Dental Software (preferred)
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and claim processing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Your Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and creating a great first impression
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Processing insurance claims and treatment estimates
- Handling patient accounts and payments
- Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
