Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated carpenter to join our NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry / new home construction. This role involves working on diverse scopes such as framing, siding installation, concrete forming, finish work and more, requiring attention to detail and adherence to industry standards . The position offers opportunities for professional and financial growth all while contributing to high-quality building projects.
Responsibilities
- show up on time 5 days a week
- Perform quality work

- listen and adhere to site Formans instructions and tasks
- Execute carpentry tasks including cutting, fitting, and assembling woodwork for various structures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and cleaning up after ones self
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction-related roles with skills in carpentry
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery safely
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
- Experience with woodworking, concrete forming, restoration projects, or working with heavy equipment is preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team

Pay: $21.41-$40.00 per hour
