We are a Fraser Valley-based irrigation contractor looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our installation team.
This role supports the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial irrigation systems across the Fraser Valley. Work is primarily outdoors and involves physical labour, tool use, and assisting with system installs alongside experienced foremen.

Recently, we completed the irrigation system installation at BC Stadium, a 2026 FIFA World Cup venue. The project was managed by Pavco and delivered through Wilco, demonstrating our ability to execute high-performance systems to strict specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation of irrigation systems on residential and commercial sites
- Hand trenching, digging, and general site preparation
- Cutting, gluing, and assembling irrigation pipe
- Operating small tools and equipment
- Assisting with wiring of valves and controllers under supervision
- Supporting foreman and crew to complete daily project tasks
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe

- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of manual labour (digging, lifting, repetitive work)
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Irrigation or construction experience is an asset, but not required
- Valid driver’s licence preferred
Skilled applicants with irrigation or construction experience are encouraged to apply, and foreman-level candidates may be considered depending on experience. Training is also available for the right individuals who demonstrate strong work ethic and leadership potential.

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting wage is based on experience and ability, ranging from $20–$35 per hour.
Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 3 months:
