You will receive a guaranteed wage for your first three months while you learn our shop workflow and get settled in

We fully fund paid OEM training programs (virtual, hands-on, internal, and external) and provide a boot allowance along with professionally cleaned uniforms
We offer flexible work schedules because we know that your time with your family is just as important as your time in the shop
Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and gas vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
Perform routine maintenance, complex diagnostics, safety inspections, and quality checks
Focus on fixing vehicles right the first time to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate closely with the service advisor team to keep shop efficiency high and jobs moving
Red Seal Journeyperson Technician certification, or equivalent experience
Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills, with a specific interest or experience in diesel engines (Cummins experience is an asset)
Chrysler / Stellantis training is an asset, but it is not required, we are glad to invest in your training if you have the right drive
Valid driver’s license
