We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic retail leader to manage our Men's Fashion Department. If you're passionate about developing people, creating inspiring merchandise presentations, and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Lead, support, train, and coach sales associates in their continued growth and success.
- Create visually inspiring merchandise presentations throughout the Men's Fashion Department.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining exceptional store standards.
- Motivate your team, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and foster a positive, accountable work environment.
- Help achieve department and store sales goals through strong leadership and customer engagement.
- Deliver customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.
- Lead by example with professionalism, positivity, and integrity.
- Open and close the store, complete daily deposits, and ensure the security of the building.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, markdowns, and merchandising updates.
- Work closely with the Store Manager, fellow Department Managers, and the Owners to drive the continued success of Brock's.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum3 years of retail leadership experience.
- Proven success merchandising apparel with a strong eye for fashion, presentation, and detail.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- A positive, hands-on leadership style that inspires, develops, and holds a team accountable.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As an independent retailer, we don't follow corporate planograms. We value creativity and are looking for someone who can confidently merchandise a department using their own ideas while maintaining the Brock's brand and standards.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Weekend availability is essential.
- Candidates must be available to work 4 out of every 8 weekends, which typically works out to every other weekend.
