Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing Pediatric and Orthodontic dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, support the dental team, and ensure smooth daily operations. Experience with Curve dental software, along with knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and surgery would be highly valued. Duties
- Assist the dentist during various procedures, including orthodontics and pediatrics treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary supplies
- Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology when required
- Manage patient records using Curve
- Provide excellent patient care, including explaining procedures and post-treatment instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards
- Assist with inventory management of dental supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Hold a valid Dental Assist License from the Manitoba Dental Association
- Hold a valid CPR Certificate
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role within a dental practice
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry
- Familiarity with dental assisting procedures, CAD systems, and Curve dental software
- Experience working with orthodontics, pediatrics, or as a dental receptionist is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
