We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production duties as assigned with a focus on Janitorial.
Dutiess include:
-Production worker tasks as assigned, such as
Cutting and preparation of raw materials
Assembly of hearth products
Machine operation (CNC Laser, Press Brake)
Welding
Painting - operation of spray booth
Adding components to hearth products using hand and small power tools
Cleaning units
Grinding
Requirements
Must be able to read, write, and understand English to follow written work instructions
WHMIS – preferred
Janitorial or cleaning services experience an asset.
Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing considered an asset
C level welding ticket or equivalent considered an asset
Computer skills considered an asset
Forklift Certification considered an asset
First Aid Certification considered an asset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow written or verbal instruction
Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Hand-eye co-ordination
Standing for extended periods
Must be physically fit and regularly able to lift 50 pounds
Flexible schedule - shift work may be required
Qualifications
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate – preferred
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Attention to detail, are able to work independently and follow instructions.
- You are able to lift up to 25 kg and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Full-time, M-F, 7-3:30
