Now Hiring: Medical Aesthetics Sales Consultant (Full-Time / Part-Time)
About Us: U MediSpa is a premium medical aesthetics clinic located in North York, Toronto. We are dedicated to providing cutting-edge clinical treatments and injectables (including Thermage, Ultherapy, Picosecond lasers, and body contouring). As we continue to expand, we are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our core team.
This is not just a standard front-desk or customer service job. This is a core sales position with direct impact on clinic growth and high-commission earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Expansion & Sales Performance (Core KPI)
- Actively develop and expand new sales channels to drive client acquisition and lead generation.
- Formulate and execute personal and clinic-wide sales plans to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
2. In-Clinic Operations & Consultations
- Front Desk Excellence: Manage front desk reception, handle incoming inquiries, and maintain a pristine clinic environment during business hours to ensure an exceptional first impression.
- Professional Consultation: Assist medical directors/practitioners during consultations, deeply understand client concerns, customize treatment plans, and close sales.
3. Online Client Relations & WeChat/CRM Management (Off-Hours Responsibilities)
- Prompt Responsibilities: Maintain active online customer service during non-clinic hours to promptly respond to inquiries, manage bookings, and handle client feedback.
- Relationship Management: Follow up on post-treatment recovery, handle client feedback with care, and build long-term loyalty to drive high retention and referral rates.
4. Social Media & Brand Representation
- Manage daily updates on social media platforms (WeChat Moments, RED/Xiaohongshu, Instagram, etc.).
- Must possess an eye for aesthetics and strong photo-editing/retouching skills to consistently deliver high-quality, engaging content.
- Represent the clinic at local events, business galas, and social community gatherings to actively network and elevate the clinic’s brand image.
5. Inventory Control & Administrative Support
- Conduct routine inventory checks and manage orders for consumables and skincare products to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate scheduling among doctors, technicians, equipment, and clients to ensure smooth daily operations without scheduling conflicts.
Job Requirements
- Personality: Warm, outgoing, charismatic, and highly empathetic with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Ethic: Must be highly responsible, self-disciplined, and exceptionally organized. You thrive under pressure and are driven by high financial rewards rather than looking for a casual "9-to-5 clock-in" desk job.
- Language Requirements: 100% Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal). Ability to consult professionally and handle high-end clientele in both languages is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with major social media platforms and possesses solid photo-editing/beautifying skills.
- Assets: * Prior experience in medical aesthetics sales, luxury retail, or high-end hospitality is highly preferred.
- Existing local networks, student channels, or a strong personal private domain (WeChat) resource pool in the Greater Toronto Area is a major plus.
