Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our growing team. This is not a Landscape Maintenance Position.
This is a physically demanding role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, stays active, and takes pride in their work. You’ll be working as part of a small team on a variety of custom residential landscape construction projects.
Pay: $20–$28 per hour (based on experience)
Start date: May 4th (flexible for the right candidate)
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape construction (paver patios, fencing, decks, etc.)
- Site prep, excavation, and base preparation
- Load/unload materials and tools
- Operate hand and power tools
- Follow direction from crew lead and contribute to team efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements:
- Previous landscape construction experience preferred
- Carpentry/woodwork experience is an asset
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to read and use a tape measure
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Enjoys physical activity and working outdoors
- Drivers License & Reliable transportation to job sites in NW Calgary required
