Job Overview
We are seeking experienced AZ Truck Drivers to join our team on full-time basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and/or containers from one location to another. This position requires maintaining a valid AZ driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to adhere to all safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, and a commitment to customer service.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Follow safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain logs of working hours and of vehicle service and repair status.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers on the road.
- Drive in all weather conditions.
- Occasionally load/unload with forklifts
Technical Skills and Qualifications
- Maintaining a valid AZ driver's license and a clean driving record
- A minimum of 3 years of AZ truck driving experience
- Experience with driving flatbed trucks
- Experience with container haulage
- Experience with operating forklifts not required but an asset
