Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Assistant to support the Production Manager in coordinating daily garment production activities. This role requires good communication skills, the ability to work independently, and basic knowledge of garment production processes to help ensure smooth operations, timely delivery, and consistent product quality.
Responsibilities
- Support the Production Manager in coordinating the end-to-end garment production process
- Liaise and communicate effectively with internal departments, cutting, sewing, printing, finishing, etc.
- Monitor production progress and assist in resolving daily operational issues
- Ensure production timelines and quality standards are maintained
Requirements
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, spoken and written
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a factory or garment manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of garment production, including printing and embroidery, is an asset
