Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, RBC Express & RBC Pay Edge.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial data across different systems.
- Process pay using platforms like RBC PayEdge.
- Conduct bookkeeping tasks including data entry and ledger maintenance to support daily financial operations.
- Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities by providing accurate data analysis.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, RBC Express & RBC Pay Edge.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes and account reconciliation techniques.
