Machine Operators are responsible for safely and effectively processing or assembling parts produced by the injection moulding machines, utilizing documented work instructions, and quality approved samples to prepare product for shipment to the customer.
Job Duties
- Trim or assemble all parts according to the documented work instructions and complete all secondary operations as directed by the Supervisor or Team Leader
- Visually inspect all product to the approved first off sample
- Read and understand all requirements documented on the Operator instruction sheets
- Keep counts of all rejected/scrapped product on scrap sheets
- Ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy
- Work in a safe manner, following all safety procedures and policies
- Other duties as assigned
Work Conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- PPE required: safety glasses, ear plugs and steel toe shoes or boots
- Fast-paced environment

- Must be able to stand and walk for full shift (8 hours)
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week
