Vérité Atelier is growing, and we’re currently experiencing more demand than our existing availability can accommodate. With demand continuing to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Lash Artist to join our team.
We’re searching for someone who is passionate about their craft, takes pride in their work, and genuinely cares about creating an exceptional client experience. You are a professional who values consistency, detail, and artistry. You don’t just apply lashes, you help curate the distinct Vérité experience, ensuring every client walks out the door feeling valued, confident, and cared for.

Position Details
- Starting Wage: $17/hour or 50% commission, 10% product sales, 100% tips/gratuities
- Compensation Reviews: After 1 year, based on performance, initiative, reliability, and contribution to the studio.
- Schedule: Full-time (preferred): - 35hrs/week, Tuesday to Saturday.
Daily Responsibilities - Client Experience
- Greet every client warmly, professionally, and make them feel at ease.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences, face shapes, and lash health to customize styles perfectly.
- Provide clear, helpful advice on aftercare and product usage to ensure optimal lash retention.
- Ensure every client feels welcomed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their entire service.
Artistry & Technical Service
- Create beautiful, consistent work across classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume full sets and fills.
- Prioritize and maintain natural lash health through safe, proper isolation and accurate weight placement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, styling techniques, and advanced lash artistry methods.
Sanitation & Studio Presentation
- Clean and sanitize all precision tools, tweezers, and equipment thoroughly between clients.
- Reset, prep, and organize your lash station before and after every appointment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, luxury treatment environment at all times, taking collective ownership of studio presentation.
Booking & Policy Enforcement
- Professionally and consistently enforce studio policies regarding cancellations, deposits, and no-shows.
- Manage time efficiently to stay on schedule, communicating proactively with the studio team if a service is running behind.
- Escalate complex client or operational concerns to management when necessary.
What a Successful Candidate Looks Like:
- Experience: Proven experience as a practicing Lash Artist with a clean portfolio of work (Classic/Volume certifications preferred).
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional hand-eye coordination and a strict attention to detail for precise placement and isolation.
- Dependable: Is punctual, reliable, and shows up fully prepared to deliver excellence every day.
- Team-Player: Works well independently but thrives within a close, collaborative, and supportive team structure.
- Growth-Minded: Motivated to continuously grow their skillset and takes initiative and feedback comfortably.
- Composed: Maintains a positive attitude, professionalism, and grace under pressure during busy studio hours.
