Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physically demanding general labour tasks assigned, including lifting, carrying, and site support in various weather conditions
- Assist with site setup, maintenance, clean up, and general housekeeping duties
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely
- Inspect and operate basic tools and equipment as needed
- Assist with installation, repair, maintenance, and construction projects
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as required
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual labour
- Comfortable working in a variety of outdoor conditions – rain, shine, snow, etc.
Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and expand their knowledge
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Knowledge and familiarity with the mining industry is considered an asset
