What We’d Like You To Do
As our Group Benefits Account Executive, you’ll help support the businesses and employees who rely on us for guidance. You don’t need to know everything on day one — we’ll teach you. What matters is your attitude and your willingness to learn.
Your work will include:
- Helping clients understand their benefits in a clear, human way
- Preparing renewals and comparisons so employers can make informed decisions
- Working with insurers to keep plans accurate and running smoothly
- Supporting onboarding and answering everyday questions
- Collaborating with our team to keep the client experience consistent and thoughtful
This is an in‑office role. We work best when we’re together — asking questions, learning from each other, and keeping that easy, supportive flow that makes our office feel grounded and connected.
LLQP is preferred but not essential. If you don’t have it yet, we can help you get there.
