About Us
At Ez Rides, we specialize in electric mobility products including e-bikes, electric motorcycles, enclosed scooters, and more. We are a fast-growing company focused on customer experience, strong sales performance, and creating an energetic retail environment.
We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Team Lead to help oversee our Dixie Mall location in Mississauga.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the store consistently achieves and exceeds sales targets
- Lead, motivate, and support retail staff on a daily basis
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Oversee day-to-day store operations
- Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times
- Keep inventory accurate and updated
- Assist with creating and posting in-store promotions, advertisements, and social media content
- Handle customer concerns and provide exceptional customer service
- Support staff training, onboarding, and development
- Monitor store performance and communicate opportunities for improvement
- Ensure company procedures and operational standards are followed
Requirements
- Previous leadership or retail management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Sales-focused mindset with the ability to motivate a team
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and inventory software
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Passion for electric vehicles, motorcycles, or mobility products is considered an asset
