What is a TEC Chair?

They deliver better results by optimizing decision-making, refining their instincts, and addressing the common struggles and complex challenges they face on the path to personal and professional excellence.
We are looking for:
- A former or transitioning President, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Managing Partner, Principal, founder or owner, or senior executive with significant P&L responsibility of at least $1M
- An entrepreneurial spirit with fearless leadership skills
- Experience leading a high-performing team
- Part of a well-established business network within your community
- The ability to listen, probe, and challenge CEOs and senior executives
- Ability to commit 25+ hours/week & ample finances for the first 6-12 month ramp-up period while you actively seek out prospective members (through business development, networking and leveraging your business network)
