Position Overview:
As a Registered Physiotherapist, you will assess, treat, and provide individualized care plans to patients dealing with musculoskeletal injuries, chronic conditions, post-surgery recovery, and more. You'll work alongside a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, using a variety of modalities and manual therapies to help patients reach their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises
- Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team for integrated patient care
- Maintain a professional and compassionate approach with all patients
Qualifications:
- Registered Physiotherapist with the a regulatory body
- Experience in musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for helping others and a commitment to continued professional development
