We are a busy, family-owned auto body shop/mechanic shop in the Barrie / Oro-Medonte area looking for an Auto Body Technician Helper / Junior Technician to join our team.
Our shop owner is a licensed technician, and we are looking for someone who has some experience in the trade and can assist with daily repair. This is a great opportunity for someone who already knows the basics and wants to grow in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with collision repairs
- Panel removal and installation
- Sanding, prepping, and body filler work
- Supporting the licensed technician with daily repairs
- Keeping workspace clean and organized
Requirements:
- Previous auto body experience required (shop experience preferred)
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently when needed
- Own basic tools (asset but not required)
