The initial job title of the Employee will be the following: Trimmer. The initial job
Duties the Employee will be expected to perform will be the following:
Cannabis Processing: Processing of the cannabis flower after harvest of the plant, this
includes de-leafing, bucking, and trimming of the material .;
Packaging and Shipping: Execute effective packaging protocols and coordinate the
shipment of cannabis flower to customers, ensuring compliance with all applicable
regulations.;
Grow Room Cleaning and Sanitation: Cleaning and sanitizing of the grow rooms after each
harvest of plants.;
Repopulating Grow Rooms: Ensuring plants are transitioned from the vegetative room to the
flowering rooms in a timely fashion after the grow room is adequately prepared.;
Sanitation: Adhere to stringent sanitation protocols, always ensuring a clean and hygienic
work environment.; and
Other Duties: as assigned to support the overall goals as deemed necessary by Big League Cultivation..
