How You’ll Make an Impact
- Be the first point of contact for new patients, delivering a warm, welcoming experience that sets the tone for exceptional service.
- Guide patients through their treatment journey by clearly presenting treatment options, answering questions, and ensuring they feel confident in their decisions.
- Develop personalized financial plans and explain payment options to make treatment accessible and affordable for patients.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Play a critical role in driving practice growth by meeting sales goals through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship-building with potential and current patients.
- Maintain detailed records in the practice management system, tracking consultations, follow-ups, and progress.
- Educate patients about the benefits of orthodontic care, including treatment timelines, outcomes, and post-treatment maintenance.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Doctors and Practice Manager.
About You
- Experience in dental/ortho office is an asset.
- Previous experience working in professional sales considered an asset.
- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.
- Good with computers, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
- Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
