Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Professionally fit and sell footwear and accessories
- Build customer relationships and repeat business
- Process sales through POS system
- Receive and stock new merchandise
- Maintain organized stock rooms and sales floor
- Replenish inventory and size runs
- Assist customers trying on footwear
- Help maintain attractive product displays
- Open and close the store as required
- Work as part of a team to meet sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable standing, lifting shoe boxes, and moving stock
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
