Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, providing excellent patient care, and ensuring accurate medication management. Duties
- Prepare and dispense prescription medications accurately under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Verify prescriptions for technical accuracy and completeness including blister packs and refills
- Support administration of vaccines
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and legal regulations related to pharmacy operations
- Document all transactions and maintain confidentiality of patient information
Experience
- Prior pharmacy technician experience is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures is highly desirable
- Experience working directly with patients to provide care and support medication management
- Familiarity with Kroll software systems
- Certification as a Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) is required or pending certification within a specified timeframe with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
