Accounts Payable Clerk (On-Site, 6-Month Contract)
Location: Oro-Medonte, ON
Pay: $22–$24/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (8:00am–4:30pm)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Accounts Payable Clerk to support a rapidly growing manufacturer/distributor in
Oro Medonte. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment, supporting finance and administration, during their peak seasonal period.
This is a
full-time, 6-month on-site contract, with potential for future opportunities based on performance and business needs. Company laptop and equipment provided.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in AP, bookkeeping, or office administration
- Post secondary education in related field or equivalent experience
- QuickBooks online (required) Dext (will train)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Process and code invoices accurately
- Maintain vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile supplier statements, expenses, and credit cards
- Support month-end processes and reporting
Office Administration
- Provide administrative support to finance and operations teams
- Directing calls, filing, data entry, special projects
- AR Support (customer setup, collections, account maintenance)
