Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Call Taker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service. Part time position available. Looking to fill 4pm-3am Friday and Saturday nights, with the potential for more hours in the future.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to all inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
